PRODUCT WARRANTY

[Registration of First Day of Purchase Required]

Tethys is proud to offer a lifetime product warranty on only some of its products. We will provide coverage of our products for the extent of the products life. If a substantial defect in material or workmanship arises with your Tethys product due to a manufacturers defect, case degradation or normal wear and tear AND a valid warranty claim is received by Tethys, we will gladly replace your Tethys product at no cost to you. Proof of purchase in the form of the original purchase order or packaging slip is required for warranty validation and reimbursement. Warranty claims must be made directly to Tethys. However, Registration of First Day of Purchase is Required. Please note that Tethys cannot be held liable for damages to your personal property resulting from any misuse or improper care and maintenance of your Tethys product. 

Exclusion and Limitations

Tethys does not cover any Tethys purchased through non-authorized dealers and/or online auction websites. Non-authorized 3rd party receipts or order numbers are NOT accepted for warranty verification.

This lifetime warranty only applies to the Tethys case. This warranty does not apply to damage to the Tethys case caused by accident, abuse, misuse, use for any purpose other than its intended purpose, acts of God, or any alteration or modification of the Tethys product.

Obtaining Warranty Service

If you wish to make a claim under the lifetime warranty please log on to www.Tethys.com/contact-us, complete the form and provide the following information in the ‘Message’ field:

• Brief Description
• Amazon Order Number

All of the above information is required before a warranty claim will be accepted. Once we verify your claim we will help you the return and replacement process. If you are within 30 days of the purchase, you may be eligible for a pre-paid return shipping postage to return the faulty product.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL Tethys OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE PROPER OR IMPROPER USE OF ANY Tethys PRODUCT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF VALUE OF THE Tethys PRODUCTS OR ANY THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS THAT ARE USED IN OR WITH THE Tethys PRODUCT. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT Tethys HAS NO LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE OR DESTRUCTION TO ANY CONSUMER ELECTRONICS DEVICES OR OTHER PERSONAL PROPERTY THAT ARE CONTAINED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE Tethys PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CELLULAR PHONES, OR OTHER HANDHELD DEVICES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA CONTAINED IN THE AFOREMENTIONED DEVICES. SOME STATES AND/OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THEREFORE THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
